The Mach-12 System combines low moisture with immediate soil extraction. Rapid drying time after cleaning (usually one hour or less), means less facility "downtime." Additionally, with the Mach-12 on your cleaning team, there is no risk of carpet damage caused by overwetting. If carpet is overwet, shrinkage, ripples, buckles, browning, wicking and mould/mildew growth can result.

Mach 12 offers the 3 elements of deep cleaning in one forward pass:

1. Agitation - The full bristle brush effectively lifts the carpet pile all the way to the base, along with the soil in it. This is thorough agitation.

2. Emulsification - A low moisture cleaning solution containing 5%-10% moisture, chemically suspends oily soils.

3. Extraction - A built-in vacuum with two turbine fans removes soil and cleaning agent as the Mach-12 is moved forward across the carpet. This is thorough extraction.
